Account deletion

How to delete your account

Your account can be permanently deleted directly inside the 10SportIQ mobile application. The request must be initiated by the account owner.

Open the 10SportIQ application Launch the application on the device where your account is currently signed in.

Sign in to your account Use the Google account associated with the 10SportIQ account you want to delete.

Open Profile or Settings Navigate to the account management section of the application.

Select “Delete My Account Permanently” Review the information displayed before continuing.

Complete the confirmation process Confirm the request when prompted. Your account deletion will then be processed.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account, predictions, participation records and associated profile information cannot be restored.

When the deletion process is successfully completed, the account and personal information associated with that user are removed from active 10SportIQ systems.

✓ Reward and entitlement records

✓ Account-related activity data

Limited retention

Data that may be retained

Some limited records may need to be retained when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or accounting purposes.

Retained information is limited to what is necessary for the applicable purpose.

It is stored only for the minimum period required under applicable obligations.

Retained records are not used for advertising, profiling or unrelated commercial purposes.
